About the Designer

Elise has designed web sites for individuals, consultants, small businesses, public agencies, community organizations, and has tutored students for course web pages. She has designed web sites on a local, regional, national, and international level. Elise received a B. S. from Mississippi State University and has attended graduate classes at both Texas A&M and Portland State University. Although her roots are in Mississippi, she now lives in Oregon.
